How to collaborate on the same Google document

The student whose first name comes first alphabetically will make a copy of the documents.

After making a copy and placing the documents in the relevant weekly subfolder on Google Drive, they should click on "Share," as demonstrated below:

Then, they will type their peers' names below.

Make sure they are the "Editor" and "Notify people" is checked. Click send.

After the collaboration is over, the other peers should create a copy of the shared documents, rename the documents based on the instructions, and place them in the relevant weekly subfolder on Google Drive.
