How to take a screenshot

Windows Keyboard Shortcut:

1. Windows + Shift + s

2. Draw a rectangular shape with your mouse to capture a screenshot of a particular area

3. Click on the pop-up window

4. Hit Ctrl + c (copy)

5. Open your document and hit Ctrl + v (paste)

macOS Keyboard Shortcut:

1. Command + Shift + 4
