# How to take a screenshot

**Windows Keyboard Shortcut:**

> 1. Windows + Shift + s
> 2. Draw a rectangular shape with your mouse to capture a screenshot of a particular area
> 3. Click on the pop-up window
> 4. Hit Ctrl + c (copy)
> 5. Open your document and hit Ctrl + v (paste)
